Want to join us in stunning Sussex?
Our offices in Crawley are a short distance away from some of the country’s most beautiful places, from the dramatic landscape of the South Downs to the vibrant city centre of Brighton.
It’s a contemporary, dynamic and flexible workspace that truly reflects our spirit and passion for putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. Want to work here?
At Virgin Atlantic, we’re just as passionate as we’ve always been about becoming the most loved travel company. It’s been an uncertain time, for us, for everyone. There’s been ups and downs, some successes, and some sadness. One thing we know for sure – this last year has shown that when we combine our brand with the power of amazing people, we make something truly magical.
Virgin Atlantic is still proudly flying, creating the same fabulous flight experience we’re famous for, and we’re busily laying the foundations for a profitable future.
We know that the right people are key to creating success – so we’re looking for some brilliant individuals to help us achieve our vision. Perhaps that’s you? We’d love to find out.
Be the firts to know about vacancies
Imagine calling somewhere as buzzy and exciting as an airport your office, getting to wear a stylish Vivienne Westwood uniform and brightening up people’s days. Sound good? Well, we’re always looking for warm, optimistic and ever so helpful people who want to make a difference to our customers’ journeys. As a Customer Service Agent you’ll meet and greet Virgin Atlantic and Delta Air Lines® customers as they arrive at the terminal, help out at the self service check in kiosks, answer questions and make sure everyone is made to feel important.
Behind your gorgeous uniform and radiant smile, you must have a professional attitude, the ability to stay calm amidst the bustle and pace of the airport. And always place the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Because we’re an airline, you’ll have a super important part to play in making sure customers make it to the aircraft on time, and that they respect our processes and procedures. Being a Customer Service Agent is a pretty special job, and there’s always room to grow. You could dispatch flights as a Turnaround Officer; upgrade our customers’ experience and generate extra revenue as an Ancillary Sales Executive or you could even become a Ticketing Executive or a People Manager.
Be the first to know about our Contact Centre vacancies
Working in our customer service centre, you’re so much more than a voice on the phone. You’re an expert, an ambassador and someone who saves the day. Our Customer Service centres have a dedicated team of Sales and Service Advisors.
We’re not about the hard sell. Instead, we believe in ‘sales through service’. That means always giving our customers the best service, making them feel welcome and helping them choose the right product.
Virgin Atlantic is a fun, vibrant and rewarding place to work – and that’s especially true of our contact centres. Things get pretty busy here so if you can still deliver sky high levels of service whilst the phones are ringing off the hook, you’d fit right in. There’s room to grow, too. Many of our advisors progress to Team Leader, Trainer or Operational Manager.
