- Handle cargo reservations, inquiries, problems encountered by cargo clients and liaise with the relevant internal or external units of the cargo department.
- Monitor available capacity for cargo and ensures space are maximized.
- Provide a common customer experience with requisite customer and internal follow ups to resolve the issue and to keep the customer informed to the progress of the query.
- Builds awareness of Cebu Pacific Cargo products and services through customer interactions.
- Develops relationships with customers beyond the required professional interaction.
- Must have experience in reservations or customer service.
- Preferably with basic knowledge in air cargo sales and operations.
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree graduate.
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin.
