JOB PURPOSE: – The Change and Capability Development Specialist plays a key role in delivering business value by helping to drive and embed data literacy and a quantitative decision-making culture through employee engagement and adoption. – The role works closely with federated analytics communities to increase adoption and improve analytics capabilities of teams in business units. The role partners internally with specialist departments including Insights, Data Science, – Corporate Communications, HR etc. to execute the necessary change management activities. The Change and Capability Development Specialist works with all levels of the community to deliver change and support adoption of – Analytics products and mind-sets. They cross-fertilize knowledge across departments by delivering and facilitating – upskilling sessions/on-job training and providing regular reporting on adoption of analytics products and the use of – Data-driven decision making across the business. Job Accountabilities Linked To Objective Areas: – Support engagement activities to create a connected workforce. – Support and execute change programmes partnering with internal and external teams. Ensure continuous development of self by embracing new procedures, technologies and processes that support change. – Develop and plan learning opportunities to support adoption, partnering with internal and external learning teams. – Lead and support ED&A teams with transitioning meaningful insights to the relevant business unit power users via training and coaching to ensure the business is enabled with self-service and to maintain ongoing analysis. – Work with communities of power users to support them as analytics advocates and to cross-fertilize Knowledge across departments. – Ensure continuous engagement within the business, learning and adapting to what works and partnering with internal teams for specialist capability and corporate practice. – Coordinate the running of engagement events to ensure all activities have the right level of change support. – Create effective and engaging visual communications by designing and developing digital assets and print design as well as multimedia content. This includes videos, articles. – Building content for knowledge sharing, training and coaching sessions and engaging presenters from within the department and the business offering a platform for educating the community on topics of their expertise – Create learning programs by designing and developing engaging, exciting and easy-to-consume learner-centred training material, modules, video and other virtual learning products for online learning
Qualifications & Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Qualifications: Degree or Honours (8-10 years or equivalent) Experience: Experience with the implantation of initiatives that are transformative in nature 5+ Years. Knowledge/Skills: – Data-driven and analytically savvy analyst with a passion for sharing knowledge and developing people – Exposure to a wide range of areas which have had a focus on the introduction of analytics to large, Geographically disparate teams and driving data-literacy. Knowledge/skills: – Knowledge and understanding of change management principles and methodologies – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – Key concepts of business intelligence, including data warehousing, BI applications and analytics – Strong understanding of Power BI platform and/or other analytics visualisation tools – Some understanding of data warehousing, preferably using Snowflake and DQL based data Integration an advantage – Ability to manage and adapt to multiple change initiatives – Ability to coach and support key stakeholders across teams – Ability to quickly grasp new business concepts, understand organizational issues – Change Management certification an advantage (Lean Change preferred) – Key business concepts, particularly as they relate to commercial aviation. – Good understanding of Microsoft tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint – Collaborative contributor who can build trusted relationship and wide networks across a range of – Teams and individuals to deliver business benefit.
