This journey has brought us here, to this award in 2021, selected by 13.4 million passengers. Out of 350 airlines around the world, these passengers chose us as their favourite low-cost carrier in the last two years. This award confirms that we have been on the right track since 2016, and it encourages us to continue to improve day by day. Because our customers’ trust is what moves us forward.
