Best solution for time sensitive travellers, Firefly allows you to check-in 30 minutes before flight departure time with less than just five-minute walk to the boarding gate
Baggage Allowance
Our passengers receive 20kg of complimentary checked-baggage allowance at no additional charge. If needed may proceed to purchase additional checked-baggage categories of 5kg, 10kg & 15kg via online, call centre or at sales offices.
Convenient City Airport
Fly directly into Kuala Lumpur’s city airport when you fly with us! Avoid the additional expense and unpredictability when travelling to KLIA. Firefly flies out of Skypark Terminal at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah (SAAS) Airport, Subang, just minutes from the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
Web Check-in
Save time and avoid long queues with our web check-in option. Currently this feature is only available for flights within Malaysia and to and from Singapore only. This facility will soon be available for Indonesian and Thailand flights.

- Minimum height: 157 cm (female), 165 cm (male)
- Diploma or Degree academic qualification will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
