The Jetstar Group is one of Asia Pacific’s fastest growing airlines. Our 2023 Graduate Program
As part of our investment in our future, we are thrilled to be launching our 2023 Graduate Program. Our graduates are uniquely placed to immediately enjoy a permanent role with the Jetstar Team, whilst reaping the benefits of a two-year rotational program within there allocated function.
We are offering a program that will see you allocated to a specific function that is aligned to your study qualifications, your career aspirations and our business needs. Under the guidance and coaching of your rotational manager, you will enjoy a series of rotations, all designed to develop your technical capabilities and prepare you for a rewarding and challenged career path within our wonderful organisation. You may be allocated to functions such as Safety, Engineering, Airport Services, Technology, Digital, Finance & Strategy or our Customer & Commercial Team whom specialise in a variety of areas such as Sales and Marketing.
Throughout the program, you will have access to a range of structured development initiatives, including training days, work experience with our frontline team and mentoring from a senior leader. Upon completion of the 2 year program, you will be assigned to an ongoing role.
About you
We are seeking committed and passionate team players to join us in February 2023. Whilst no prior experience in aviation is required, you will bring a genuine interest in the aviation industry and a desire to be part of a team that you can learn from every day.
You will bring:
- A degree, or on track to complete your degree in 2022
- Confidence to work autonomously and collaboratively within team, ideally demonstrated through some previous work experience
- A resilient, flexible mindset – motivated to always learn, get involved and adapt to a change environment
- Great initiative coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills
- A customer centric, positive mindset – ready to embrace the benefits of a graduate a program and learn about the aviation industry.
