About Hong Kong Air Cargo
Hong Kong Air Cargo Carrier Limited (Hong Kong Air Cargo) is an all-cargo airline based in Hong Kong. Since its establishment in 2017, Hong Kong Air Cargo continuously provides international scheduled and non scheduled air freight transportation service for Hong Kong, Asia and beyond. Currently, Hong Kong Air Cargo operates a network of twelve destinations with its fleet of five A330-200F wide-body freighter.
At 2020, despite the pandemic of COVID-19 lowered the global air freight demand, Hong Kong Air Cargo still recorded a YoY increase of 8.1% in total tonnage transported in 2020 compared to 2019. Therefore after considering the strong cargo demand in the upcoming years, Hong Kong Air Cargo applied to Air Transport Licencing Authority to add nine more destinations, further expanding its network to the Indian subcontinent, Oceanica and Europe. In the near future, Hong Kong Air Cargo will continue cautiously examine the market and consider expanding its network and fleet to more destinations if needed.
