German Customer Award 2021/22 – Germany’s best service providers
Which online shop are consumers most satisfied with? Which customer service do you experience the best service with? And where are the price and performance of the services offered right?
Finding this out is the central question of the current study “German Customer Award 2021/22” – the large Germany-wide ranking in the areas of customer satisfaction, customer service and price-performance ratio – which the DtGV – German Society for Consumer Studies again this year carried out and for which more than 335,000 customer opinions were obtained for a total of 2,377 companies from 236 sectors .
As in previous years, there were major differences in customer satisfaction between companies and sectors. While the best-rated companies achieved a customer satisfaction score of 8.6 out of 10 possible points, the worst scored just 45 points.
This is how punctual we fly
Eurowings publishes here how punctual we are when we travel for you. In December 2021, 89 per cent of our passengers reached their destination on time, as they did in December 2019. It should be taken into account that Eurowings drastically reduced its flight programme as a result of the spread of the COVID-19. Therefore, we use comparative values from 2019.

In addition, Eurowings is also bringing the low-cost long-haul route to Düsseldorf for the first time – with attractive direct flights to New York, Fort Myers and Miami, as well as dream destinations in the Caribbean.
