Nok’s Aircrafts and our maintenance staffs will fulfill your flying experience with safety and joy to your destinations. We use the same aircrafts and maintenance team as Thai Airways International (PCL), international-standard maintenance system with the same level of other major airlines. Also joint-maintenance with Air France for acquiring engine, components and aircraft maintenance planning. They are regularly trained according to an advanced standard course which is officially accepted by the FAA.

Nok Air is a budget carrier under the management of Nok Airlines Public Company Limited. We are proud to have Thai Airways International as our major shareholders along with other forward-looking investors in our company.
Our company was initially registered on 10 February 2004 under the name ‘Sky Asia Limited’, this had been subsequently changed to Nok Airlines and has since been trading in the Stock Exchange of Thailand from 20 June 2013
‘Nok’ means birds in Thai. It is a symbol of freedom, air travel and friendliness.

Business Operation
Nok Airlines Public Company Limited or “Nok Air” was established on February 27, 2004 under the name of Sky Asia Company Limited and changed to “Nok Airlines Company Limited” on January 16, 2006. The Company became a listed company on January 18, 2013 and common shares of the Company were registered as listed securities and started trading in the Stock Exchange of Thailand on June 20, 2013.
In 2014, the Company had vision to expand business through launching international routes by joint venture with Scoot Airlines. The Nok Scoot Airlines was then established as the international low-cost airline business to enhance the competitiveness.
