Combining work and family life
In addition to flexible workhours (in areas that don’t require shiftwork), SWISS offers a number of part-time positions as well as job-sharing options and shared leadership arrangements. SWISS also promotes and supports remote working (such as from home) by providing every ground employee with their own personal laptop.
Our flying staff may also choose to work under part-time employment models of between 50% and 90%.
Subject to the company’s organizational and operating needs, our ground and flying staff can further take extended periods of unpaid leave. Being as passionate to travel as most of them are, our people find such options very useful for ticking off some more destinations on their Bucket Lists!
